Pranab Mukherjee presented Indira Gandhi Prize for Peace, Disarmament and Development to Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, former President of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, and Congress President Sonia Gandhi were also presented at the event. This event was organized at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
