PUBG Update 7.2 introduces bots to PC version; Experienced players unhappy

PUBG or PlayerUnkown’s BattleGround’s new 7.2 PC update features bots. They were previously initiated in test servers but now are officially a part of the game.

This new update is much appreciated by amateurs or new players as bots will enable them to gain expertise over this top grossing game. However, this update has sparked controversies among many seasoned players as they feel that the game would not be challenging enough for them.

However, PUBG justified their decisions by releasing a statement. It stated that while many veterans continue to improve their skills and become more professional, numerous newbies used to find it difficult to play and were easily killed making them abandon the game. Therefore, this new update makes will shorten the gap between expert players and amateur players.

These bots will appear in normal games and as the players becomes more skilled, they will show up seldom. The developers had earlier clarified that bots will not appear in the new Ranked mode.

Other changes:

Besides bots, PUBG has brought many changes to the game. Out of which news guns and armors stand out to be the most prominent. From different types of shotguns to armors providing little protection even when destroyed-- its all a part of the new update. This new PUBG update offers new skin and character items too.
