Rockstar has just revealed the pre-order date of the upcoming game GTA 6 in an artwork video on its official YouTube channel. The artwork is currently live on the official YouTube channel of Rockstar. According to the artwork video the pre-order of GTA 6 will begin on July 25th.
Rockstar has published a 30 second artwork video on its official YouTube channel and the video is live now. You can watch the teaser video on the YouTube channel. This video is not a next trailer of the game, but an informative video announcing the pre-order date of the game. We are still waiting for the next trailer video of GTA 6. After a gap of 13 years GTA6 is coming after GTA 5.
The fans of GTA 6 will be able to spend money on pre-ordering the game next week on June 25. And this is the date we will be able to know the price of the game. As of now we know that the game will cost over $80 for the digital version. It is to be noted that the game will be released first in the digital version and for the various consoles. GTA 5 is still the most played game in the world and it's earning money for Rockstar. GTA 6 is expected to earn even more for Rockstar.
On the pricing side it may cost $70 to $80 and some suggest that the cost might go up to $100. We don’t have any official confirmation of the price of this game. But you will need supported consoles such as PS5 and Xbox. There is no immediate release of the game for the PC and PC users might have to wait for over an year for the release of game on their device.
According to Strauss Zelnick, the boss of GTA 6 publisher, the company will keep the price under check and come with the ‘fair’ price for the game. So, we can say game might come in the range of $70 to $100.
"Consumers pay for the value that you bring to them, and our job is to charge way way way less of the value delivery," Zelnick said. "How you feel about something you buy is the intersection of the thing itself and what you pay for. Consumers need to feel like the thing itself is amazing and the price they were charged was fair for what they got”.
"What we think about is making the most spectacular piece of entertainment on Earth, in history – and it’s a pretty daunting challenge," Zelnick continued. "If we do that, and if we’re of service to our customers, then the upside will take care of itself.”
Rockstar has revealed new images. There are images of course headlined by GTA 6's dual protagonists, Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval. In the cover image we can also see an unknown woman wearing a necklace showing the word "siempre" (meaning "always").
