Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit and Union Minister of Human Resource Development Kapil Sibbal held talks with trade leaders of Confederation of all India Traders (CAIT) on 25th October.

Shiela Dikshit announced to constitute a joint committee of VAT commissioner and other officials to resolve various problems of traders on VAT.
