Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda addressed a meeting
of MPs, MLAs, State Congress party leaders and office-bearers held in New Delhi
on Tuesday. The meeting was held for the preparation of 4th November Rally,
which will be held in Ram Leela Maidan in New Delhi.
