Pranab Mukherjee presented the Indira Gandhi Prize for Peace, Disarmament and Development to Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, former President of the Federative Republic of Brazil at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Manmohan Singh, and Sonia Gandhi were also presented at the event.
